Xiaomi launches his payment app based on the Unified Payment Interface (UPI) during an event held in his Delhi. During the same event, the company has launched Redmi Go in India today. Let’s say, Xiaomi has launched his beta version of Mi Pay with India in the past. Now the company has launched the Mi Pay app for its users with its Beta version.
Last month alone, Shoomi told that the company will share its Mi Pay with its latest User Interface MIUI 10. At the same time, the CEO of xiaomi India Murali Krishnan said that this is the first time that the app is being launched here except China. He said that Xiaomi has a lot of space in digital payments.
Mi Pay to support more than 120 banks
At the same time, he said that Mi Pay is completely NPCI approval. The app is certified from EY and Lucideus. The company said that the data of the government supports the localization plan and will store all the data of its users in India itself. The company’s new app will support more than 120 banks of India.
